You take:
-1/2 cup of hot water
- 1/3 oats
- 2 tsp. yogurt
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 egg white
**Let it set for 10-15 minutes and rinse.
Oatmeal moisturizes, repairs and softens your skin. other foods that helps hydrate your skin and prevent wrinkles are yogurt and chocolate.
Now stress overload is a huge problem among all of us and you have to find a way to manage stress. A few helpful tips are:
- Listening to music: jam out everyday
- Exercise: Stress produces chemicals that make you tense, execerise releases endorphins which make you happy:)
- Getting enough sleep
- Deep breathes
- Eating FULL meals (dont skip, cut down on junk, get enough iron and calcium which is something that all girls are low on.)
- Drink water: you feel tired when your dehydrated
- Discuss your problems; Vent! It takes a huge load off and you get back good advice.
